Susie is unquestionably Tucson’s most recognizable fitness instructor. Dare we say legendary? So much so that we’re fairly certain there is a cheese plate appetizer named after her. And although she teaches it all (kickboxing, yoga, step, barre, weight training) she says that cycling (specifically (r)evolving) is her all-time favorite! She is a strong believer in three things:
1. Ensuring every class is life changing. 2. Staying on the beat. 3. Naps!
